at least it is, to me.
well, its afterall a "phenomenon" that happens only once
in every 4 years!

besides the next leap year wld be at 2012.
my maths sucked until i needa count 2008+4 with my fingers.
yikes. &that wld be 24 yrs old fr me!!
omg omg.

&im actually typing this in wee hours of time.
just came home from mahjong at yx's place.
&before that was taohuey fr supper (=D)
and the NUS arts fest by the temasek hall.

its basically dances of different genres
like contemporary jazz & hiphop & blah.
its quite nice though we missed the early half of the show.
well almost half i suppose! haha.

got lost in james's car while finding the way.
its really ulu and theres no direction signs anywhere.
so we juz try our luck and explore around.
&at last, we found the place! =/

oh yes!
caught the L movie with furry bearcat.
duration was very long.
but it was pretty alright,
though death note is much better. haha.
nevertheless, L is cute(:

attended talks earlier this week.
collected my jurong island pass this morning.
&training shall start next monday! ):
waking up at 5.30am is super chui.

&handphones are banned during training!
so basically im isolated from the world from 8 to 4.
just thinking of the training alone makes me lethargic.
let alone the training ITSELF! urgh.
6 weeks!!! /slaps myself

so this also means that,
i wont be updating my blog that often.
but i will try to blog at least once a week!
cos sometimes blogging can destress too. haha(:

and so semi hiatus is now on!
some things that makes me kinda not looking forward to training are:
lesser sleeping time.
lesser private time.
lesser time with my friends and family.
and lesser time with bear cat.
shrugs.

anyway.
i will jiayou!!!!
i guess i really need a very very nice alarm clock,
that rings really melodious-ly to wake me up.

friday was NYNY with bing yuan&dee!
they ordered the most expensive&biggest meal over there.
because its this big! really big!
yes. the giant yankee burger! ahahaha.
which is pretty much nt possible fr a person alone to finish it.
&of course they shared it! lol.

the crew there said that,
so far theres only 1 challenger who managed to finish
everything all by himself.
&so the prize is, that meal wld be on the house.
but fr me,
looking at the burger alone makes me half full already.
hahaha!

saturday was jumbo seafood at east coast
with james&company. haha.
always go with family but this time round,
its with friends! (:
they ordered 2 large crabs&other dishes.

the crab looked every delicious.
but too bad im nt the crabby kind of person LOL.
dont really like hw crab meat tastes like.
but as an overall, the meal is good.

&of course, after a sumptuous meal, we should walk!
and in the end we walked all the way
to marine parade fr tao huey! haha.
no matter hw full a person is, there is always
this separate room in the stomach fr dessert!

and today was ZOO! (:
hahaha. it was kinda of an impromptu decision.
but since its been ages since we went to the zoo,
so yah! off we go. haha!

its definitely weird to feel ah meng's absence
among the swinging orang utans.
(though they all looked the same to me)
but afterall she has been a very loyal mascot fr years! (:

was definitely very tired after a whole day of walking.
but the feeling of having a cold water bath
after a day of pespiration is great!

maybe we can go to jurong bird park next time. LOL.

that was us like in sec 4?
good old days. hahaha.
the o levels stress we faced that time
was quite some small fry compared to the stress
we are facing now or to be faced later.

so those carefree smiles are really very valuable,
& as we move on to different phases of life,
we will tend to realise that
we do not smile over simple little things as much
as we used to when we were young, anymore.

its kind of ironical why kids wanna grow up quickly.
and adults rather hoping to stay as a kid forever.
fr me. i dont wana stay as a kid
if theres a medicine that cld stop u from growing.
i wanna juz stay at being a teenager! HAHA.

caught jumper with bearcat yesterday.
pretty smooth movie.
not much suspenses.
everything was kinda expected.
if u love his teleporting moves, thats gd fr u.
cos the whole movie is like 90% showing off
his teleporting moves. hahaha!

and juz came home from stingray.
yumyum.
this week seemed to fly.
its thursday tomorrow already.

which means...
im closer to being tied down by training&work!

i wanna go hongkong too! ):
next time perhaps.
i wanna work like a pig so i can have enough money
to splurge there til i pok pok pok!
(which means no more new clothes fr me fr the next 1 year. LOL)

well sometimes.
a getaway is good.
run to some pretty island and have a really good time there.

yes i know it will make my eyebags heavier,

and my dark eye rings darker.

but its alright. pandas are lovely. HAHA.

5. spend some time with everyone LOL

so i decided not to continue on anymore.

besides my eyes are closinggg.

my exams are over! yay.

the paper today is like the easiest out of the 3 i sat fr.

but im glad my last test paper in nyp was done!

now that i no longer owe the school anything.

i can go fr my cptc training&attachment(hopefully!)

im going to catch all the movies that i skipped

cos of the exams!

&thats alot of them! haha.

from today til 3march.

i have around 18 days to live in my own world.

cos once cptc starts,

im going to be super lethargic.

imagine waking up at 5.30am everyday,

&reaching home only at 7pm!

tampines and jurong is really....

far and away.

hahaha.

its time to have fun!

before being tied down by the workforce

which i seriously dont look forward to fr now.

as i say, being a student is so much better!

its hard fr me to get really good jobs.

but the most impt thing now is to get my diploma!

& perhaps continue with chemical engineering

at some ___ place. LOL.

but that wld be n years later after im done working,

local universities are all out fr me.

at least 3.75 gpa fr chem eng leh. wth!

that is like taller than a mountain!

but, fiza said with a polytechnic diploma level.

we cld apply as primary school teachers

&attend proper training at NIE.

sounds not bad right?

at least better than some part time f&b jobs >.<

hahaha.

but one thing thats stopping me,

is that primary sch kids tend to throw up everywhere.

i will faint.

lol!

although i do not have great interest in chem eng.

(except petrochemical science =x)

but its a high paid job.

especially when petroleum and coal is so ex now.

it has been a better cny than i initially thought.
as daddy is off to china,
we had to take buses and trains here and there
to do our visiting.

fortunately everything turns out pretty alright.
erm. minus the waiting time for some buses!

& so i visited 3 houses
&caught the movie Ah Long Pte Ltd with sox fr the first day.
the movie is overall okay.
but i believe it can be better. haha.
nevertheless, mark lee's role is superduper funny! lol.

fr the second day.
studied afew hrs before heading to james's cousin place for mj.
james's cousin alvin lived in yishun.
so...
met up wif bear cat fr a little while in the night
fr dinner! =DD
its pretty convenient.

went back to alvin's place.
james "treated" us wif pizza hut (:
so we went home after supper at simpang.
cheeesssseeee prataaa!

3rd day was visiting with sox.
went to 6 houses.
every stop was blackjack.
hahaha im an onlooker cos my gambling luck has nvr been good.

final stop was at sabby's house.
DINNER+mahjong! haha.
dinner was very delicious esp the soup!(:

so the next few days wld be staying at home.
and mug like crap.
okay like seriously. haha!
i cant mug like crap cos my attention tends to shift
to other stuffs easily.

&im staying at home fr valentines!
no hard feelings,
cos i haf a paper on the very next day
and i know 14th is just going to be another day.

love the feeling of spring cleaning!

because i always find many old stuffs

that i thought no longer existed.

besides after seeing such a cleaner&neater room.

it definitely improves one's mood.

woke up early fr the last lesson this sem

in the morning.

met up with james&bs in the afternoon

to go to chinatown to get their stuff.

everywhere is filled with cny songs.

and people!

&goodies! hahaha.

met up with the rest at pasir ris fr dinner.

and dessert.
